Serving all of MA, RI and Southern NH

Since becoming a Justice of the Peace in 2004, I have had the honor of officiating at over 500 weddings; each unique and personal to the couple for whom I am officiating. Regardless of the venue, be it an upscale hotel, in a private home, or in a park, providing a meaningful ceremony for the couple is what I do best.

Whatever your personal religious beliefs, ethnic or cultural background, you are free to incorporate what is important to you into your customized ceremony. Your special day should be about you.

Often times couples will have a rehearsal prior to the actual wedding ceremony. Although many venues have wedding coordinators or event planners, they do not always understand nor do they know the flow and sequence of YOUR ceremony. At many venues, I will conduct the rehearsal in conjunction with the on site personnel. Together, we work to ensure that your processional, ceremony and recessional flows smoothly and seamlessly.

What is important for you to think about when selecting an Officiant, is how he or she relates and interacts with your other vendors. I pride myself in being able to work professionally and tactfully with all of your vendors to ensure that we all focus on making your special event free of any problems and to deal with unforeseen circumstances, like a snow storm in mid-October for scheduled outdoor weddings, without creating panic or anxiety for you and your guests.

Usually I will meet with couples at my home to discuss their ceremony needs and requirements as well as discuss the services that I can provide. There is no fee or obligation for this first consultation. If you prefer to meet elsewhere, a fee may be charged, depending upon the location of the meeting.

Over the years, it has been an honor for me to have been placed on the “preferred vendor list” as an Officiant for many, many venues throughout the Commonwealth. I work hard to be retained on those lists.

So, congratulations on becoming engaged. I would be thrilled to be your Officiant.
